Bark! is a full-colour magazine from the New Forest Dog Owners Group — celebrating the dogs, people and places that make the Forest such a special community for dog lovers.
Packed with heart-warming stories, local dog news, training advice and updates on our campaigns, Bark! brings together everything that matters to Forest dog owners. Each issue features real stories from our members, expert insights from vets and trainers, event highlights, and plenty of tails that will make you smile.
Produced by volunteers and designed right here in the New Forest, Bark! is more than just a newsletter — it’s a showcase of what responsible dog ownership looks like in one of the UK’s most beautiful landscapes. Whether you’re interested in our work protecting access for walkers, learning about canine health and welfare, or simply love seeing great dog photography, there’s something for everyone in Bark!.
The magazine is published twice a year, in winter and spring, and distributed digitally to all NFDOG members completely free, with printed copies available at selected local vets, shows and community venues.
